These Terms govern your use of the Sleepy Tabs Guardian Chrome extension (the “Extension”). By installing or using the Extension you agree to the Terms below.
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Extension solely for personal or internal business use within Chrome or Chromium-based browsers.

The Extension processes tab metadata, memory statistics, and user preferences locally. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling practices.
We may ship automatic updates through the Chrome Web Store. Continued use of the Extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Extension is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Extension.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Extension if you breach these Terms or if the Extension is withdrawn from the Chrome Web Store. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.
